Reservoir Square Update

MCB Real Estate hosted an in-person community meeting Monday November 13, 2023 at Dorothy I. Height Elementary, during which it shared updated designs for the second Phase of Reservoir Square. Over 80 people attended the meeting, where Mr. Bramble and MCB colleagues unveiled new plans for a 68,000 SF office building and updates to the planned 203-unit, grocery-anchored apartment building. The development team includes partners MLR Partners and Atapco Properties. The developer and design team are scheduled to present to UDAAP on November 16th as the next step in the design process.
